Are you a board-certified family physician passionate about graduate medical education? Beebe Healthcare | R. Randall Center for Medical Education is expanding and seeking dynamic core faculty to join our growing Family Medicine Residency—now approved for 6-6-6 residents (effective July 2026) with continued ACGME accreditation. This is more than a teaching role—it’s an exceptional opportunity to influence how community-based primary care is practiced for years to come. You’ll partner directly with our program director and a team of physician educators to build an innovative, patient-centered training experience on the coast of beautiful Delaware. 

What You’ll Do

·            Lead, teach, and mentor residents while providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care.

·            Split your time between 60% clinical and 40% teaching/administrative responsibilities—balancing patient impact with residency development.

·            Collaborate in program design, curriculum innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·            Contribute to scholarship, quality improvement, and community engagement efforts.

·            Practice full-spectrum family medicine, including pediatrics, women’s health, procedures, and inpatient. Point-of-care ultrasound is a plus.

What You’ll Bring

·            ABMS or AOA board certification or board eligibility in family medicine

·            Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted Delaware medical license

·            Maintain medical staff appointments

·            A passion for teamwork, education, and advancing community-based medicine
